Tracey Tucker
Property Manager
Tracey joined Milburys in August 2018 to cover maternity leave; carrying out property inspections but was retained after this period to assist with administration procedures and maintenance issues. She has since progressed to a Property Manager role where her duties include corresponding with landlords, tenants & third parties to ensure the best possible experience for all throughout the tenancies. Tracey enjoys the variety of the work and is happy to adapt to the needs of the Lettings team.
In her previous employment, Tracey worked in the Property team for one of the big four accountancy companies, where she dealt with property issues relating to companies that were in administration.
Outside the office Tracey enjoys a variety of different forms of exercise, she sings in a choir and loves to socialise plus travel; taking the opportunity to go Scuba diving where possible. She is also a regular blood donor.
