Company New Business Manager

Simon joined Milburys in 1999 as a Lettings Negotiator and over the course of the last 23 years has worked his way up to Company New Business Manager. Throughout his time he has gained valuable experience and knowledge across the whole sector and is a fellow member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).

Simon adopts a friendly, practical and flexible approach and is always ready to take on new challenges. He knows the importance of working closely with his clients, finding efficient solutions for any problems, and ensuring that he does everything he can to ensure that both Landlord and Tenant are happy.

Simon’s passion away from work is the great outdoors! You will usually find him with his family, walking or cycling in the mountains, taking in the amazing views.

Simon also feel very passionately about giving back to the local community; he enjoys leading the local Beavers group and coaching the kids local community football team.
