Kaela joined Milburys in March 2023 as a Property Manager and thoroughly enjoys the multifaceted nature of the role. Having rented through Milburys herself when moving to Thornbury, she quickly saw it as the perfect place to start her property career. With a background in banking, Kaela brings a strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach to her role.

Acting as the bridge between both landlords and tenants, Kaela ensures smooth communication and processes throughout the rental journey. She holds a Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Letting Agents (CELA) and is a proud member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).

Originally from West Wales, Kaela loves an adventure, whether hiking in the Brecon Beacons, enjoying sunsets on a Welsh beach, travelling or skydiving 15,000ft. No matter the setting, a hot chocolate is never far from her side. She shares her home with her black-and-white cat, Pwt, who keeps her company as she balances work and life.
