Agnieszka Bajdor

Property Manager

Agnes joined our team as a Property Manager in October 2021. Growing up in Poland, she graduated from the university at the faculty of geological and geographical sciences with a master’s degree in 2010 before starting her career in hospitality. This is where she found her passion for customer service.

In 2013 she had the opportunity to move to the UK to further her career, so by herself and not knowing anyone, she flew to Birmingham to start a new chapter. After moving to Bristol, she became the General Manager for a serviced apartment company in the city centre where she managed two buildings containing 86 apartments. After falling in love with the area in and around Wotton-under-Edge Agnes decided to move away from the city for a life in the country.

Agnes enjoys meeting our wonderful tenants and landlords in person and prides herself on having a good business relationship with her customers.
In her free time, she loves to travel, find herself in nature, cycling, walking and riding her motorbike.
