The accommodation offers a downstairs cloakroom, lounge/dining room with feature wood-burner and wood effect flooring, a kitchen/breakfast room which leads into a spacious garden room which acts as a further reception. A lovely good sized utility room has been made from the rear section of garage and is accessible from the kitchen/diner. From the utility there is a door to the front section of the garage (not suitable for vehicles) which makes an ideal store room for bins, bikes, tools etc. The store has recently had an electric roller door fitted to it. On the first floor there are four good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The low maintenance rear garden is fully enclosed with patio and seating areas. The owners have also replaced the window in 2021, front door, soffits and guttering and have an attractive paved driveway for several vehicles at the front. There are also village playing fields just a stroll from the centre of the village, many local country walks and the picturesque Holy Trinity Church which has a beautiful location just north of the village. Alexander Hosea Primary School is in the village and is very popular, whilst there are several secondary schools in the area which are also of good reputation including the nearby, Katharine Lady Berkeley Secondary School which is in the catchment for most of the village.
