A fantastic opportunity to join Milburys’ busy sales team in Thornbury.
We are looking for a passionate, professionally minded and motivated person, with prior estate agency experience or directly transferrable skills.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a lively and experienced team with in-house training provided.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Face-to-face customer contact, both in the home and front of house
- Booking and accompanying viewings, providing feedback to clients
- Booking and accompanying market appraisals/valuations
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, EPC providers and other property professionals
- Related administration and data entry
- Interaction with Sales and Lettings colleagues in other Milburys branches
Essential Skills:
- A self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as an integral part of the team
- Excellent customer service skills, a confident and professional telephone manner
- Able to work well under pressure, keen to learn, with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills, numerate, with excellent written and verbal communication
- An awareness of the property market and portals (Rightmove/Zoopla etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of local areas
Experience & Qualifications::
- A minimum of 1 year’s estate agency (or related industry) experience preferred
- Own transport and a valid driver’s licence
- Demonstrable IT skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
Job Type/Hours Of Work:
- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- One Saturday per month with day taken in lieu
Salary & Commission
- £ Commensurate with experience
