As the Property Manager, your main duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Conduct property inspections & report findings to the landlords.
- Organise the required safety certificates and ensure landlords legal obligations are met.
- Notice management.
- Property viewings
- Returning deposits
- Arrange and carry out property viewings as required.
- Adding invoices and liaising with accounts
- Rent reviews.
- Rent payment and arrears chasing.
- General office administration.

Experience & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years experience is preferred but not essential as we have a clear training schedule to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
- Own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word, etc.
- You will have the opportunity to learn from a lively & highly-skilled team with in house training provided.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
